Round1 Phase2 Days 2, 3, & 4

Not too shabby!
My BF Angie started this diet on January 1. Everyday I asked her about her loss, how her body was feeling, and what she planned on eating. It helps me to know what is normal and what isn't.

I miss working out so much that this morning I took a walk. I find myself constantly searching for good recipes to try. Tonight Onion Soup and lunch tomorrow spicy salsa.

Down 0.6 = 6 total

Small loss today but some people plateau or stall. I had to take Ang to the emergency room today. My food and drops got a bit out of whack but I should be fine.
